What should I do if I forget my password for Schools Online?
You can reset your own password by using the 'forgot password' link. You will be asked to answer security questions to confirm your identity. If you are unable to reset your own password, contact the Principal's Delegate at your school. If they are unable to help you, contact via email askSACE or call 1300 322 920.

Complete the Principal's Delegate Access Request Form [PDF 70KB]. Complete the form, and then have the Principal sign it and return it to the Schools Online Support Team via email at askSACE@sa.gov.au.
