What should I do if I forget my password for Schools Online?

You can reset your own password by using the 'forgot password' link. You will be asked to answer challenge questions to confirm your identity. If you are unable to reset your own password, contact the Principal's Delegate at your school. If they are unable to help you, contact via email askSACE  or call (08) 8115 4700.

How do I become a Principal's Delegate?

The Principal's Delegate at your school will need to contact the SACE Board Service Desk to receive the Principal's Delegate Access Request Form. Complete the form, and then have the Principal sign it and return it to the Schools Online Support Team via email at askSACE@sa.gov.au.
