Assessment Type 1: Practical Activity
The Food and Hospitality practical activity is assessed by the school.
Assessment Type 2: Group Activity
The Food and Hospitality group activity is assessed by the school.
Assessment Type 3: Investigation
The Food and Hospitality investigation is assessed by the school.

Assessment Type 1: Practical Activity (40%)
The Food and Hospitality practical activity is assessed by the school and moderated at Stage 2. Teachers select moderation samples and submit materials online.
Assessment Type 2: Group Activity (30%)
The Food and Hospitality group activity is assessed by the school and moderated at Stage 2. Teachers select moderation samples and submit materials online.
