Learning and assessment plans

Stage 2 pre-approved learning and assessment plans (LAPs) can be downloaded below. Pre-approved LAPs can be used without amendment, however, you should consider how the selected pre-approved LAP can be adapted to meet the needs and interests of your student cohort. You can also develop your own plan using the school-developed LAP form.

Amendments to any assessments described in a selected pre-approved LAP should be recorded in the addendum of the LAP.
Schools are required to implement processes to confirm that the learning and assessment plan being adopted meets current year subject outline specifications.
