Numeracy

In this subject students extend and apply their numeracy capability by, for example:

• interpreting information presented in numerical form in diagrams, maps, graphs, and tables
• planning, recording, and analysing measurements
• justifying the validity of findings using everyday, accessible language
• applying mathematical concepts, where appropriate
• recording observations
• researching, creating, and analysing data.
