The Legal Studies analytical response is assessed by the school.
Assessment Type 2: Inquiry
The Legal Studies inquiry is assessed by the school.
Assessment Type 3: Presentation
The Legal Studies presentation is assessed by the school.

Assessment Type 1: Folio (40%)
The Legal Studies folio is assessed by the school and moderated at Stage 2. Teachers select moderation samples and submit materials online.
Assessment Type 2: Inquiry (30%)
The Legal Studies inquiry is assessed by the school and moderated at Stage 2. Teachers select moderation samples and submit materials online.
