Data Reporting to Third Parties Policy
The Data Reporting to Third Parties Policy sets out the SACE Board's policy in relation to SACE Data that has been provided to other organisations by the SACE Board of SA and which might subsequently be requested by a third party. The Policy establishes the respective responsibilities of the SACE Board and those organisations receiving SACE data for the subsequent use of the data by third parties.
